Warning Poor customer service! I placed a phone order with Hong Kong, picked it up, and went home. When I got home and opened my box of chicken fried rice there was this gooey brown stuff that tasted like canned dog food on top of it. Thinking they gave me the wrong order, I called them to let them know. They explained to me that they put the gravy on all of their to go orders and that it was too much trouble to ask if customers wanted it on or not. The owner refused to refund my money or replace the disgusting food with an edible version, and then HUNG UP ON ME! I will not eat there again and am surprised that they are still in business!
