The first time I went to Sol Rio was about 3 months ago. The food was not prepared very well and the service was horrible. We decided to give it another chance a few weeks ago and it was even worse. As with the time before the food just did not seem well made. The waitresses appeared to be fighting with each other as they seemed to be glaring and the atmosphere seemed very tense. Plus they all seemed to forget we were there as it took quite awhile after being seated for someone to take our order.

For Mother's Day I wanted to go to Sol Rio for a nice lunch. My husband and I arrived at 130pm, they were not very busy. The hostess sat us at a table, set the menus down and did not say one word. I felt it was rude so not even say hello or ask us how we were doing but figured our waitress would make up for it, ya right.
A young girl brought us some chips after a few minutes and then we turned invisible. Two waitresses and one waiter walked by us numerous times and NEVER said a word. They did not even take our drink order!!! We waited not 5 or 10 minutes, we waited 22 minutes!! Keep in mind our menus were on edge of the table the whole time.. I went to the kitchen and could not even get someones attention to let them know we were leaving.. Where has all the good customer service gone?
